About this studio

ANTHEM is a boutique fitness studio that offers a total body workout and power-based training in a community-focused environment. It is the only studio that offers both indoor cycling & HIIT classes right in the centre of Singapore's Central Business District. ANTHEM runs two distinct class formats – Cycle classes, which are indoor cycling classes with a real-time performance tracking platform to display your ride performance statistics while you’re working out; and Sweat classes, which combine unique elements of cycling, rowing and High Intensity Interval Training.

How to prepare

WHAT TO BRING: - Comfortable workout gear - Anthem 45 / Road: Complimentary rental of cleated shoes, bring your own socks! - Anthem Sweat: Trainers & socks IMPORTANT: Anthem has a strict no-latecomer policy so please do aim to arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of class for registration. If you're a first-timer, please arrive 25 minutes before so we can get you set up. Anthem reserves the right to refuse entry to latecomers.
