Anchor Meditation is a sanctuary to unplug, slow down and reconnect. Carving out this time for yourself can lead to the greatest rewards in your life. Anchor Meditation offers a variety of meditations designed to deepen your connection with yourself. Classes include: Intro to Meditation, Mindfulness, Energy, Deep Relaxation, Love, Breathwork, Visualization, Shamanic Journey, Stress Less, Sound + Reiki, Yoga Nidra, Metta Date Night, Peak Performance. Teachers are experts from a variety of traditions offering simple techniques in an accessible manner. Anchor Meditation gives you the opportunity to anchor to the present moment. How to prepare

When to Arrive:Come early as sessions start on time. Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes in advance. Settle in with some tea and ease into your meditation experience. What to Wear:Come as you are! The studio suggests wearing something comfortable to sit in, whether jeans, work attire or workout clothes. They ask that you remove your shoes at the door, so please bring socks or feel free to go barefoot.

Anchor Meditation holds classes at 2118 Union Street in the Marina. Please drop in to meditate. Classes and workshops are available throughout the week. We also offer private meditations, group sessions, event rental and teacher training.

What is ClassPass?
