About this studio

Anahata is a boutique studio located within the hip enclave of Haji Lane which is a stretch of shophouses spanning from North Bridge Road to Beach Road. Offering an array of classes with our team of yoga teachers, this is a space where like-minded people who love yoga can meet and practice together. Natural light fills our studios which allows your heart and mind to feel open and lighthearted when you arrive for your time on your mat. Namaste Fitness - our calisthenics and strength training arm, aims to offer students an opportunity to push their physical limits to find their inner strength and challenge themselves.

How to prepare

• First timers -please arrive at least 15mins before class start • At all times, latecomers will NOT be allowed in • Wear comfortable workout clothes that allow for a full range of motion • Footwear not required for both yoga & calisthenics classes • Mats & towels provided • Bring your own water bottle, we have a water fountain • Bring your own bag for your sweaty clothing • Use of mobile phones strictly not allowed in class • Keep phones on silent mode in lockers • We reserve the right to turn away students who do not respect our rules

How to get there

We are just five minutes walk from Bugis MRT (Downtown Line). Exit from Downtown Line towards DUO and cross the traffic light junction towards Haji Lane. Walk towards Beach Road where the colorful graffiti walls are. We are across the side entrance of Piedra Negra Mexican restaurant, next to Pablo Cheesetarts & CIAO Italian restaurant The studio is on the 2nd floor, please access the stairs from Haji Lane beside the restaurant. Limited street parking available on Arab Street/ Kampong Glam area, come early at peak hours to secure lots.

Good conditioning and strengthening exercises. I was very weak but Bryan was encouraging and catered the class to each practitioner’s level

Really relaxing and peaceful class! Low impact flow during the Yang part which does bring up a sweat and good stretch during yin part. A good class to go for in between stronger classes as a rejuvenator

What is ClassPass?
