At 9Round Cranberry, they combine boxing and kickboxing techniques to give you a fun and fast-paced workout. Their certified trainers will be with you every step of the way to motivate you to reach your fitness goals by changing the workout for you every day so that you and your muscles don't get bored. In just 30 minutes, you will complete a full body HIIT workout that will leave you feeling de-stressed. 9Round has no class times. Their circuit starts every three minutes so you never have to worry about being late or waiting for a class to start. Get in, get addicted and get fit.

How to prepare

Wear whatever you're comfortable working out in, bring water if you would like but there are water fountains as well. Make sure to bring clean gym shoes that have not been worn outside or that have been thoroughly cleaned to help preserve the flooring.

9Round Kickboxing is located in the LaSalle Plaza on Route 19 in Cranberry, in the plaza with the Dunkin Donuts across from The Streets of Cranberry.

Felt welcomed as soon as I walked in and very much enjoyed the workout and the motivation they provided throughout it. I got my butt kicked!

You can come any time. Ignore the booking schedule. It only lets you book one person per slot but more can come. It was fast paced and I was super sweaty for only 30 mins. They have little dogs! Fun environment. Not really a class for learning though.

Instructor was very approachable and helpful in explaining each station. I felt comfortable walking in for the first time. Workout was great and went by very quickly since you are constantly changing exercises.

This class was tough! Really liked the instructor helped me understand the moves and stances really well. That said, Im not super coordinated, so three minutes per station was a little too short for me to get a hang of the moves. Id still recommend this class, as Im sure the moves get a little easier over time.
