    Beginning Tai Chi

very fun class! the instructor was very kind and took the time to explain and go through the basic motions with me and help me correct my posture , even let me borrow some shoes to use for class! overall a very fun and accepting place, loved the end part of class where they taught me some fan work and let me really play around and try out a bunch of different techniques! would definitely go again

    Yoga in the Evening!

Mike is very kind and creates a light fun environment! This class was perfect for me as I haven’t done yoga in a while and it was a great reintroduction including deep stretches and some challenging holds.
