About this studio

Functional Interval Training is a fast paced and extremely fun style of training. Thirty minutes of all out effort is all it takes to achieve a sweat drenched, heart pumping, muscle shaking workout. They’ll warm you up and stretch you out, with a little bit of rest in between. Their circuit is perfectly balanced to build cardiovascular endurance and gain muscle strength while improving your balance, flexibility and agility skills. All of which are very important when it comes to investing in a well rounded fitness routine. While you take your class, we want you to think about what 3Minute Fitness can do for you. Their program is designed to fit every fitness level and goal.

How to prepare

Come at least 10 minutes prior to class so you can meet with the trainer and become familiar with the format of the class. Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to class to secure your reservation. If you do not arrive by the start time, you may forfeit your spot to a client on the waiting list who is present.

Great experience from start to finish. As soon as I entered the gym, the instructor introduced herself, explained the format of the class, and showed me how to use equipment I have never used before. The class itself was organized and very challenging, but structured in a way that you could work within your limits. I will definitely be coming back!!!

Class was good-however the instructor wasn’t paying that much attention to the class during the workout....so if you needed help or clarification when you got to a station, you couldn’t get it.

Very challenging workout, which was great! I have attended this location before so I had some familiarity. Instructor did not thoroughly explain the machines or procedures to brand new students, provided them with weights that were far too heavy, and walked away after demonstrating for them without watching them at all. Other instructor (Mia?) on weekends was a stellar teacher for beginners.

What is ClassPass?
