    WeFlowHard Vinyasa Yoga

Great class - its hot yoga in a dark candlelit room, its trendy, you do 3 flows, and it includes a bunch of ab work too. Youll be sweating. My only wish would be that there were other options for the 3rd flow (which at least was the most challenging for this class) that didnt involve balancing on one leg or doing a handstand - both of which my uncoordinated self struggles with :) It would be great to have more beginner level options for those more advanced moves.

    GOODTIMES FLOW

I love this studio so much. Always feel welcomed coming in and amazing after class. It’s a beautiful space with great instructors and interesting, challenging flows. The only thing I would note is that it’s a little bit on the warm side and I tend to find myself very sweaty!

This teacher was amazing! He noticed I was uncomfortable lying on my front and gave me a great modification with blocks in a subtle and respectful way. He also responded to the breathing and needs of the class.

I was expecting more of a flow-type class, but the one I attended was more yin-like and used yoga props like blankets and chairs. Alice went around helping us get into better positions or deeper stretches; that was ace. The studio’s super cute, but has no showers.

Cant decide if I would do it again. Interesting experience but Im used to Vinyasa style classes which feels like more of a work out to me. This style had its challenges in a different way, felt more focused on targeted muscles. The facility looked beautiful!

Amazing total body workout, this class is the best! Really appreciate that Natalie was thorough in the beginning and reminded us the form is more important than rep numbers! I’ve been a fan of this class for a while, but the williamsburg studio was far for me, so it was hard to make it. SO EXCITED THEY OPENED THIS NEW LOCATION!!! :)

So hard! The exercises themselves arent killer for relatively fit folks, but when done in a hot room, woo child! Much more challenging. Looking forward to their GP studio with multiple (vs. one) shower and hopefully better space flow.

I liked this instructor more the second time around; she was much warmer. However, my one piece of feedback is that she could benefit from touching you more gently; she kinda just brashly pushes you into a pose or gives you a rough massage at the end. It threw me off guard.

Great class. I loved that it incorporated pranayama and mantra meditation and some general “dharma talk.” Not for beginners; not so much because the poses are hard but because it’s assumed that you more or less know what you’re doing.
