see all reviewsLiterally one of the best classes on ClassPass! This gym is a little intimidating at first but then there's this extremely kind welcoming guy at the front desk to direct me. The instructor for this class surpassed my expectations and is honestly top 5 in my experiences utilizing ClassPass. You can tell that this is a craft that she has perfected and she is committed to you being confident in every movement. This class was such a breath of fresh air and challenging but I feel strong and beyond proud of myself.
