I learned more about where my strengths and weaknesses are and what I’m good at, as well as what I can improve on. Karen was a lovely instructor and we even laughed at times. see all reviewsI definitely enjoyed my time here, even though I was basically a fish out of water! Probably not the best class to kind of drop in on as a beginner, but the instructor was super kind and patient, and incredibly encouraging! It helped that the class size was small in that regard, as I was able to get help with my barbell form. The other attendees were also kind, even though it was clear I was not in the same league, haha! All said, I pushed myself and gave it my all, and I’m proud of what I did and happy with the outcome! Would like to continue with similar classes for sure.

I really enjoyed learning all different things like how to do Handstands (both with and without the wall), walking on the wall into a bridge, and Cartwheels (first time learning how to do it properly)! Lo walked us step by step for the shoulder roll, which actually super helpful to prepare for the Floorwork Dance choreography class I took afterwards 🙏🏼 Thank You Lo, I hope my schedule allows me to go to more acrobatics class!
