She made us all laugh a few times too which I really needed on this chilly evening. Great music! Probably my fave instructor at Yoga Space.

If you go a bit early she can walk you through the structure before you start and she also shares alternatives for each exercise. The front desk staff are also very friendly. For this class you’re able to go at your pace within the time allotted for each exercise which makes it great for beginners as you have time to get the hang of it. I will definitely go back.

It was a no nonsense workout which was exactly what I wanted and have been looking for in ClassPass. I’m not into cardio combo / strength training workouts so this was great for me. see all reviewsI’ve been going to Tizana’s for a few weeks now, and it is by far my favorite spot to put in some work! Tizana is very motivating and has created a great community and vibe in her gym. She makes you feel comfortable, but pushes you to to go harder. It feels like I am apart of a team when I go there and I am always glad I went after finishing a workout. Highly recommend.

He gave a lot of individual feedback to help make sure I was doing all of the exercises properly and also helped modify the exercises for me. This class seems good for all fitness levels. Instructor was motivating and caring. Always checking in and making sure I was feeling good while also pushing me to do my best. I recommend this place and I will definitely be back for more classes.
