see all reviewsI feel like I really pushed myself in this class and was proud I made it through. I had to do modifications for some of the moves I found a more challenging (I’m still working on strengthening my core so I can hold planks longer), but that’s okay! I recommend at least trying this class, even if you’re not sure if a higher intensity class is for you.

He gave a lot of individual feedback to help make sure I was doing all of the exercises properly and also helped modify the exercises for me. This class seems good for all fitness levels. Instructor was motivating and caring. Always checking in and making sure I was feeling good while also pushing me to do my best. I recommend this place and I will definitely be back for more classes.

The only thing was that CP classes tend to have consistently loud music with lyrics throughout that make it hard to hear the instructions sometimes- it would be great to walk it back a little!
