    Great workout! Instructor was great. He knew it was my first time and made sure I understood. Great explaining the workouts as well and making sure everyone was doing it right. Music was good. Only thing is there was a great warmup in the beginning but not a cooldown at the end. But I was able to stay and stretch afterwards on my own. But it was good. Glad I tried it. I see how people get obsessed with it.

    Tizana's class is a group fitness class. I took the kettlebell class and it was great. Tizana is there to coach and motivate you through the work out ad well as correct your form. It was challenging but fulfilling. I would recommend this class for some cardio weight training .
