    Bar Method

Good class and friendly instructor! Would recommend and take again. Only suggestion would be for instructor to tell us where we should feel the burn for beginners like myself who are new to the movements!

    PILATES

Madison has one of my favorite flows for Pilates at Good Move. Every move tied in to the next making it for a seamless experience. I’ve only taken class with her twice and it has left me relaxed with a slight burn. I would say her classes definitely lean to beginner when it comes to difficulty.

    Classic (50 Mins)

Lindsay was a great instructor and super accommodating when I told her I was recovering from an injury. Class was still a good push even though I had to make a couple modifications. Only thing I would suggest is avoid having music that has fade-ins/outs -- it's usually not an issue but having tempo definitely helps!

    Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Marisa’s Vinyasa class is amazing! She’s the best instructor and has a great practice. Marisa was really welcoming and makes a great class that you can follow along whether you’re a beginner or experienced. She gave modifications for each posture to make the class accessible for every student. I’m so glad I decided to go to this class. Highly recommend!

    Spring and Suspend: Pilates Strength

Loved this class!! My first time doing a workout like this but it was really accessible. Great for targeted muscle work and for a sweat without much cardio (my fave). Loved the instructor!

Great class! Emily was very helpful and patient in explaining the positions and how to get the most out of them. The class was a good workout but I appreciated how she also incorporated stretching in between.
