    Turf & Tread

Turf & tread is the best HIIT class in Williamsburg. 25 minutes of challenging interval running on the treadmill + 25 minutes of weights/HIIT on the turf. Always get a great workout and leave feeling challenged. Danielle is a great instructor as well. Very knowledgeable about proper form and motivating throughout the workout. Highly recommend!

    Bar Method

Denna was great! Challenging and fun— I liked doing 15 counts as opposed to 20-30 counts. Was a little disappointed by a latecomer that came to class 10 min late and slowly moved directly in front of me so I had to move to a different spot in the room in order to still see my form in the mirror. Not Deanna’s fault, but perhaps the studio should designate space for late attendees so they don’t block other classmates.

    Empower (50 Mins)

One of my favorite Empower classes! Good variety of strength, cardio, and balance work with combo moves and a pace that felt like just the right level of challenging.

    Spring and Suspend

Kristen ROCKED! This is only my second pilates class ever and I'm still so nervous but she made me feel so welcomed and supported and overall so comfortable before and during class. She had a tricky guest come in late who kept making things difficult and negative when she was leaving class early (at no fault of Kristen's) but Kristen handled it so smoothly despite getting so much attitude. Kristen brought us back to positive energy and I had an awesome workout. Just make sure you read the email you get before your first class which makes it super clear about studio policies and how to get there! I'm excited for whenever I go to my next class (once my muscles recover from todays class :) )
