    Bar Method Express

I love this class! Really great balance of tough moves and stretches. Worked my legs, seat, abs, and arms. Ciara did a great job explaining the moves I wasn’t familiar with and had great energy. #classpassinsider

I'm usually not a big Pure Barre fan, but this class was amazing. There was a very challenging mat/ab series instead of the weird, seated against the wall junk. Mila is great - wonderful energy and difficult class!

Jaimie is such an A+ instructor— I wish I could take her class everyday. I would if I could! The class is challenging yet possible, and her music game is on point. My only minus is that the music and speakers are so loud that my ears ring after class. Maybe they should supply single use earplugs they do at some other studios?

    Springboard Core Camp

Studio, on the second floor, has a warm and welcoming vibe. It was several peoples first class on the springboard, and Andrew did a good job walking through how to use it. A great traditional Pilates class.

    HIIT with The Danaher Method

The class was great. It was outside, we did a good warm up and the moves were succinct. Apparently the flow changes but this time it was 3 rounds 8 moves for a minute each. Definitely a good workout
