see all reviewsThis was my first time taking hiphop with MINT and it was fun and very beginner-friendly! The instructor Madeline was so energetic, welcoming, and encouraging. She kept the moves fairly simple so that everyone can do it, even those who don’t have much experience with dance. She incorporated some workout moves like squats, high knees, and jumping jacks into her dance moves so it was definitely a cardio workout. I would return.

see all reviewsLooking for a new studio since honest soul yoga closed down. My favorite class was the flow and chill. This was a pretty good substitute. I need a bit more glute and hamstring stretching and I miss how hype my old teacher was :( but this was still a really good class and I will def being returning. I just miss the first 20 mins of hype from my previous studio. Very relaxing though. Teacher is super attentive and open to modifications!

see all reviewsThe room was hot and the practice was strictly bapstiste so the sequence was predictable. It wasn’t bad however if you’re new to yoga then a more basic class might be a better fit. There weren’t really prompts for modifications or expansion of poses.

Tiffany walked us through a flow that would be made a true strength building workout or a restorative stretch with core engagement. I appreciated the level of challenge while still being able to make accommodations when I needed to rest.

see all reviewsGreat class. The instructor had a fantastic music selection which always helps—it was Barbie themed. She gave great verbal cues and the workout flew by. It was very challenging and she made you push yourself to do more without being militant about it which is a fine line. I’d definitely take another one of her classes. I haven’t taken a sculpt class in a long time so this one definitely has me back on the band wagon and it was a great way to kick start the day.

see all reviewsGreat class! Really enjoyed the instructor. Had no idea I signed up for hot power flow, though, so I was not prepared (dressed) for the heat! I’m pretty novice at yoga so I did find a few moves pretty challenging, but it was still accessible, I modified with blocks and the instructor was very encouraging.

see all reviewsOKAY!!! NOW THAT IS GOOD YOGA! This is my first time visiting the studio, and when I first walked in I wasn’t too sure what to think because the place was small and I wasn’t sure where to go but don’t let that hold you back from taking a class with Nadia. This was truly one of the best yoga classes I’ve taken in a long time! Nadia was so knowledgeable and her hands on assists got me deeper into poses than I thought was possible. The class size is small- about 5 people but I honestly really loved it because you get more attention than you normally would in a larger class. I will definitely be back again and recommend that any yogi- experienced or a beginner to take this class.

see all reviewsThis class was good if you’re interested in more of an athletic stretch than a true yoga class. Wouldn’t recommend for beginner as this was my first time there and the instructor didn’t acknowledge that or offer any general intro to the studio, where the dressing rooms where or explain the flow of the class. I kept up fine but that’s more credit to my time in other yoga studios.
