Very challenging class that makes you feel strong, but Trish encourages participants to only do what you’re comfortable with. Great balance of a challenging class but the encouragement to do what your body needs/can tolerate.

    Hot Flow Yoga (95)

WOW. FINALLY. Finally a studio and teacher who cues properly — breath, movement, tiny adjustments. This class was perfection. I am certified myself and have struggled to find a class that truly embodies all the important aspects of yoga. Finally. A studio that offers everything it should and more. Blissful.

    Flow Yoga

Leeza has so much expertise in body movement/alignment/body health, and it was great learning from her! She does talk a good amount during the lesson to teach us about how to best position our poses to get maximum stretch and strength— she was especially amazing during the beginning and end of class, but as a heads up, during the middle of class, she was a bit on the verbose side.

All Levels Flow (3506 Georgia Ave.)

Katie was a great instructor who led us through some good and accessible sequences. It was great for someone just getting back into yoga like me- the cues explained the moves and didn’t just call out the poses. She was personable and exuded a very calm and accepting aura! I would definitely take class with her again.

Sarah is a fantastic teacher. She explains everything really well and always has a mix of moves to try out. Do not come to a level two unless you find the level one classes easy.

    Yoga for Athletes

Excellent flow and not super difficult positions for a beginner like me. It was still challenging enough, especially factoring in the repetitions, to get a good workout in and I do feel some second-day soreness. the instructors voice is calming and instructions clear throughout while offering some adjustments to form for better/correct positioning.
