see all reviewsIva is an incredible instructor! Her corealign classes are perfect for balance, strength, coordination, stability and much more!! Highly recommend for beginners as well. You will get plenty of supervision for modification as this is a more intimate class size.

Don’t be fooled by her friendly demeanor- her class was tough. But clear instruction made it go by fast and I felt so accomplished afterwards!!

see all reviewsThe instructors are so positive, engaging & helpful but every time I go I cannot follow their cueing. They speak the whole class with cues and are lovely & encouraging but I have to look around a good percentage of the time. Not sure where the disconnect is for me?

see all reviewsLoved Jesses eclectic music, overall approach and encouragement in this class! And the space is beautiful and calming. The pace of this class is relatively fast, and the sequences are diverse (not repeating the same series all of class), so I would not recommend it for those newer to yoga or those looking for a gentler class.

There were a lot of instructions but not a ton of positivity haha. And with how difficult the class is, definitely could’ve used some love. Great workout overall though.

see all reviewsGreat class! They were right outside the Rec Center doors but the stairs from the soccer field. It was just the right speed for me since I’m just getting back into the swing of things. Kelly has a mic and there’s a speaker so you can hear her verbal cues. You might want to bring some bug spray if bugs love you.

see all reviewsNiki was an amazing and encouraging instructor! It was my first time taking the arms and abs class after a break and it was very challenging, but Niki did a great job explaining the moves and gently correcting my form when necessary. I will definitely take her class again!
