While it’s not cardio heavy, don’t be fooled, it is definitely still a strength workout. I rarely am sore the next day after a yoga class but I am after Jayme’s classes.

When I find myself struggling making progress, she offers me advice when it comes to modifying poses for me to help build up my strength (especially since I struggle with flat feet). Poses are explained to understand what areas of your body you should be focusing awareness on during a specific stretch. I see and feel the progress I’ve made over the past 2 months going consistently 2-3 times a week.

Kiki was very helpful and I really loved how she went around and gave feedback, whereas I’ve had instructors who did not give feedback and I felt so lost, leading to me less likely to enjoy the class. I really appreciate how Kiki seemed like she cared about how people did in her class. She was very friendly and very approachable. Kiki, by far, is my favourite instructor even though it was my first class with her. Thanks Kiki!
