    I enjoyed that this class had a little bit of everything. We started with high energy, more intense exercises, then moved to some yoga flow, and finished with some deep stretches and a nice long guided meditation. Definitely left the glass feeling amazing, but wish there had been more cues for level ones. I got lost a few times and if I was a total beginner I would probably not have enjoyed it.

    Was a good, challenging, full body workout. The instructor didn't really give any mods for different levels other than use lighter weight. Started with some core, then a few minutes of cardio (jumping jacks, but kicks, etc.) then lots of different movements like squats, lunges, bicep curls, etc. using the weighted bar. There wasn't much of a stretch at the end, just a quick shavasana and happy baby.

    Excellent studio and a class. Room is nice and hot, clean and the individual practice space is much more roomy than other places. (Pretty sure it’s because of COVID safety protocols).     Tara is awesome. She greeted me as soon as I walked in the studio and made me feel really comfortable. She took the time before class to let me know the structure (cardio with air runner, rowing, air bike and jumping rope then trx work) and show all the new people the basics of the trx. She did say the Saturday AM is mostly regulars but throughout the whole time she was really encouraging and hands on and offered variations when needed. Everyone in the class was really nice too. Youll need your own lock for the lockers but there wasnt really a need as she said no one ever comes in through the back. Great workout.
