Starting off with really fast lunges made me lightheaded and I struggled to keep up the rest of the time. Krystina always gave modifications and said you could go slower but I really like to move to the beat! While it’s not cardio heavy, don’t be fooled, it is definitely still a strength workout. I rarely am sore the next day after a yoga class but I am after Jayme’s classes.
