see all reviewsIt’s been almost a year since I’ve taken any exercise classes, and I needed something that I could ease myself back into without sticking out like the out-of-shape person I am. This class is perfect for that! Rochelle greeted me and showed me all the features of the bike and rower, including how to adjust the settings to make things easier or harder. She had me row a few times to adjust my form. During the class, her instructions were easy to follow, motivating without being shouty, didn’t talk the entire time. I liked her reminders about form and paying attention to muscle groups and breathing. I could go at my own pace and strength. I also enjoyed the rave-y music to get pumped up. I’ll definitely be back!
