About this studio

Welcome to Brio Fitness, located in Old Sawmill District across from Silver Park and within steps of the Hub of Missoula trails. Our beautiful, boutique facility offers a first class fitness experience designed to improve every aspect of your well-being and enhance your quality of life. Experience everything we have to offer including state of the art cardio and strength equipment featuring the latest technology and app connection, and a functional training space perfect for all levels of fitness. Our group classes feature a Summit's style yoga, Barre, HIIT the TRX, Gentle Yoga, Bootcamp and Strength/Cardio combo classes. We have full service locker rooms with Himalayan Salt Sauna's that promote relaxation, better quality sleep leaving you feeling refreshed and energized.

How to prepare

Please wear comfortable athletic clothing and well supported shoes. We provide all the equipment you need, so come ready to work up a sweat or relax into your mat depending on the class you are taking!

How to get there

Brio Fitness is located inside Cambium Place at 945 Wyoming Street, Suite 230, in the Old Sawmill District. You will see a sandwich board pointing south on the side walk across from Dog & Bicycle Cafe. Please enter the building on the east side (there is a sign on the exterior of the building) and take the stair or elevator to the 2nd floor and you will have arrived.

This is my kind of yoga! Great workout, complete with warm-up, core and balance work and stretching and cool down. Loved every minute of it. Erin’s instruction style was easy to follow - she embodies the supportive, positive vibe I find in every Oula class <3 I will definitely be back!
HIIT THE TRX with Bristol
Great! Traveling from Albuquerque and was able to take this class. Friendly staff let me stay a little after the class too for a little more work. Plus they gave me advice for what to do on my visit. The class was as intense as you wanted it to be, which is why trx is great. The tricep work was challenging

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
