Loved this class! Such a good sweat. The instructor gave good cues and modifications throughout. It’s a more chill pace than a HIIT class, but still excellent cardio. Barre is like Pilates in the sense that it’s totally what you make it- I’ve seen some reviews about the class not being challenging which just seems to mean to me that the person isn’t following the instructors cues. He encourages us to take risks and make mistakes in our practice to progress as students. His motivational words also help us get through every difficult breath.
