Loved the class, Rachael’s classes are always a wonderful experience. She starts the class with movements that help you warm up your joints and prepare your body for the class. Through the class she clearly explains what to do and demonstrates harder flows before you work through them. So you’re able to focus on the movement in your own body and your breathing, instead of craning your neck or looking around to see what to do (which has been my experience in yoga with other instructors). The quality and expertise of Rachael’s classes keep me coming back.

Loved this class! Such a good sweat. The instructor gave good cues and modifications throughout. It’s a more chill pace than a HIIT class, but still excellent cardio. Barre is like Pilates in the sense that it’s totally what you make it- I’ve seen some reviews about the class not being challenging which just seems to mean to me that the person isn’t following the instructors cues. Class and teacher were good. Studio needs to enforce latecomer policy. Making the entire class wait for three people (all first timers who required an orientation) is not acceptable. It is disruptive to the class and hard on the teacher. All other students were on time and this negatively impacts their schedule, for example childcare, transit and plans post class.
