    CARDIO SCULPT Full Body

Great class! Loved the time spent on lower body, just wish we did more upper body; so much time on abs and obliques, I feel like some of that time could be allocated to arms/upper body. But the instructor was great; she demonstrated the movements and gave ample time to get prepared for the next exercise while telling and showing you what was coming next.

60 Min. Soulful Sunday (All Levels)

Loved this class! The instructor was fantastic. Favorite yoga class I’ve taken from any ClassPass studio so far. I appreciated that the instructor continually encouraged folx to listen to their bodies. Also LOVED that there was a solid 10 minutes of stretching/cooldown/savasana, which most yoga classes try to cram into one minute.

Instructor was great. Clear directions, right level of motivation, and fun music. Class was very challenging but doable. Appreciated the machines were all in great condition (not my experience at other Bodyrok locations!)

    IN PERSON: Beginning Ballet

This is labelled Beginner on CP but it is actually Beginner-Intermediate; if folks are absolutely brand new to ballet, consider taking one of their basic or intro levels. Having said that this was my first time here and I had so much fun! Kathy is a lovely teacher especially with adults, and did so well to manage a large weekend class. I also feel very fortunate to have had live accompaniment. Allow for plenty of time to find the location and get yourself situated if it’s your first time coming here. Looking forward to coming back!

    Iyengar Yoga

Tony is a fantastic instructor who has a surgeon-like precise attention to form. Even in a class with many students, he makes many individual adjustments. As other have noted, his style of teaching is a unique counterpoint to the typical hippie-dippy "find your center" and "loving kindness" approach to yoga. There is a place for both, but if you want to emphasize improving your physical capabilities, Tony's class has a lot to offer.

So much fun, worked up a huge sweat!! Moves really fast but I could see myself picking up on the routines after a few weeks. I like that there is a bit of flexibility and room for your own expression in doing the routines and a lot of freedom to do you! Will be back again for sure
