    CARDIO SCULPT Full Body

Great class! Loved the time spent on lower body, just wish we did more upper body; so much time on abs and obliques, I feel like some of that time could be allocated to arms/upper body. But the instructor was great; she demonstrated the movements and gave ample time to get prepared for the next exercise while telling and showing you what was coming next.

60 Min. Soulful Sunday (All Levels)

Loved this class! The instructor was fantastic. Favorite yoga class I’ve taken from any ClassPass studio so far. I appreciated that the instructor continually encouraged folx to listen to their bodies. Also LOVED that there was a solid 10 minutes of stretching/cooldown/savasana, which most yoga classes try to cram into one minute.

    Core40 Full Body

I’ve been to a good number of classes at Core40 including the one in Marina but I’ve never taken Jenna’s class until this. Her class stood out for me because she demonstrated each of the moves for us beforehand. No more how many classes we take, some of us are left flustered so her demonstrating helped me in what to expect with the next move. Great class.

BUNS & GUNS Sculpt Full Body

Great class! Really liked the instructor; instructions were clear, always knew what was coming next, instructor was helpful (setting hand weights close to us so we can grab them, setting the handle bars up for us while we were in a different movement). The order of movements flowed really well as well.

    TRX® Chisel

TRX class is a great class. Located in a spacious studio away from the main gym floor. No on lookers staring which I really like. Andre is a fantastic trainer and corrects your posture when needed. He is friendly and also encourages you to get that last rep in and not to quit!

Sally’s instruction is good and class pace is manageable. She often gets sequences and foot ordering off so you’ll have to do some thinking on your own there! Or just follow Jo (short black hair, usu on pointe) who is a regular student and knows what’s she’s doing!

    Iyengar Yoga

Tony is a fantastic instructor who has a surgeon-like precise attention to form. Even in a class with many students, he makes many individual adjustments. As other have noted, his style of teaching is a unique counterpoint to the typical hippie-dippy "find your center" and "loving kindness" approach to yoga. There is a place for both, but if you want to emphasize improving your physical capabilities, Tony's class has a lot to offer.
