    Power Sculpt

This review is long overdue! Mark is my favorite teacher at Physique 57. I’ve been following him uptown and downtown for the last three months. I love his energy, his smile, his humor, and his playlist - it’s the best!! What I love is that he makes sure the movements align perfectly with the beat of the music, something I’ve noticed other teachers don’t often do. So it makes this intense workout more fun and pleasurable. My body has transformed, and I feel like a queen! So grateful for Mark and his class 🥰

Everyone was huffing and puffing after! Great workout. Odd clicking sounds in the room. Also. Some people, before the class started, were talking so loud! Not quite the chill environment I love about Y7

    hot sculpt

I’ve taken other classes here but this was my first hot sculpt class. Alyssa was amazing! She was very clear in her instructions and had a great vibe. This was a challenge for me but I definitely felt my self getting stronger throughout the class. I would take this again.

Taylor’s class is one of the best and her program is well curated with intention to work every muscle group. I love showing up and seeing how far I can push myself class after class. It is challenging for sure, but the best morning boost.

Great instructor! The class size is large, which I noticed makes it difficult to offer correction, but that’s not a big deal if you’ve been taking Pilates class for a while. An amazing vibe overall :)

Love this class! Fun instructor and a great workout! It’s like half Zumba and half build-on choreography in a very fun environment. There’s enough space but the room can sometimes get really hot, so bring a larger bottle for your water cause you’ll need it!

    Strength and Sculpt (50 Min)

The instructor was so kind and helpful and made sure us first timers felt confident about the class! The actual class was harder than I expected which was good. I really appreciated when the instructor told us which muscle we were working bc some of the movements were pretty unfamiliar and I wasn’t sure what I was supposed to be feeling. Overall I really feel like the instructor made this a great experience and I’d love to go back!
