    *NEW* Pop Dance Project

I was unsure at first, as the initial choreography was confusing me, but by the end I got it and was having so much fun. It was outside my comfort zone but I’m glad I tried this class and I am excited to come again.

    5,6,7,8: Afro-Caribbean DANCE!

Love this class! Fun instructor and a great workout! It’s like half Zumba and half build-on choreography in a very fun environment. There’s enough space but the room can sometimes get really hot, so bring a larger bottle for your water cause you’ll need it!

That class was beyond flawless. Also, should out to @Sui Yoga: Not only do you have stellar teachers like Juan and Victor and great facilities … you don’t price gouge on Mat rentals $2/2.50 w merchant fees. I’ve seen some studios starting to ask for $5 on top of already pricey classes. It’s a little thing but it does make the studio so much more welcoming. Thanks!!!

My first Hot Pilates class and I loved it! Especially nice to get hot + sweaty when it’s -12c outside and frozen tundra vibes. I wish there was a bit more ab and core focus but I’m sure it changes each class. I’ll be back to find out ! 🔥

    hot deep stretch

Where do I begin?! I am so happy the studio moved this class up to a 6pm time slot so I could try it out!! This was truly life changing, I was drenched by the end and the aftermath was so healing it kind of felt to me like there was some somatic release happening?! I felt like this session was so healing for me and left with such mental clarity I loved it! I really enjoyed how Lee structured the session and explained things very well. She was able to guide you into much deeper stretches throughout and was just an excellent instructor over all with letting you know how to correct posture and giving modifications if needed or if you wanted to go into more challenging versions the option was there as well. I am super happy. My entire commute home my brain was just saying woooow the whole time. I usually try to take a class here once a month but it looks like I’m going to have to try to hit the deep stretch AND a sculpt or Pilates from now on. I also like how everything is included (mats, towels etc) and you truly enjoy because you don’t have to worry about sanitizing before and after (it’s done before and after). I feel as though they truly understand a busy nyc lifestyle and makes it such a smooth experience. Very clean studio, my only suggestion is that the actual doors in the bathroom need to have some sort of occupancy sign so others know that it’s in use. Even next to the curtained showers it would help. Also this time around there really wasn’t any hot water it was very cold which I feel like can be dangerous after the body has been in hot temps for prolonged periods of time. I know this isn’t really the studios fault I think it may have been due to the previous class ending 30 mins before this one did and it just needed time to reheat? Others commented the same thing with the other showers as well.

I’m not a big fan of yoga but was a nice change to get some stretches in. The instructor also helped with poses and did wonders (but she also respected those that did not want to be helped). The view is gorgeous and the space is perfect!

    Sunset Yoga Flow

Really enjoyed the class and wish I discovered it on ClassPass sooner. The environment is really enjoyable with the sunset and the outdoor breeze is a welcome change from hot yoga classes (I’m not very good w heat). Was beginner friendly, as I’ve take only 1-2 yoga classes before, but also saw a lot of more advanced students doing more complex yoga moves. Look forward to doing this class again when it reopens in 2025!
