    Sui Wild Flow

Victor challenges you in the best way. His flows have classic elements but he’s always switching it up to make it new and interesting. Love his music and the occasional hip hop songs to make it through the more challenging portions of class.

    Flow Yoga

Flow with Mikee is fantastic! I’ve been doing yoga for years & have gone to dozens of studios in NY & BK. He’s a true gem! Highly recommend. My only critic is the studio itself... I find the Crunch studio incredibly cold for its yoga classes. To the point of being uncomfortable. I really wish they would turn off the air & fans for the yoga classes.

    Videography Dance Project: 3D

Jamie and Craig took it up a notch in this class! First timers - it's really challenging in the beginning but worth it to come back. It took me quite a few classes before I could completely follow a new routine. Plus routines are repeated for the following 2-3 weeks before a new one is taught.

Great attentive instructor! Gave really detailed instructions and paid great attention to form. Definitely a super easy class though I didn’t sweat at all but perfect for those no hair wash days ;)

    FLOAT > SHOP

The class is really just a short handstand workshop- which is great because its every week and doesn’t cost as much as other workshops do. We did a solid amount of conditioning on and off the mat so its great for beginners and more advanced students

    transformational breathwork with daniella

The meat of Daniella’s class was really, really great. I would prefer a much shorter intro before class and no debrief after class. I found the intro to be repetitive and intense (I don’t need to hear a sample scream and I think she could demonstrate the concepts while teaching in the actual class instead of teaching techniques before getting started. In a yoga class poses are taught in real time not at the beginning to prep, and I’d like to see that approach here as I see in other meditation and breath work classes). The intro took at least 4x too long and unfortunately the debrief after class took me from being relaxed to being a bit more stressed again hearing about her love of breath work and listening to others’ experiences and debating with myself whether or not to share about my (truly wonderful) experience. Overall I highly recommend but I think there is room for improvement <3

YS - Yoga Sculpt - NYC

I really appreciate the time Meghan took to have us do an active warm up instead of just going super hard immediately. Class was very challenging but as always I felt amazing afterward.

    IN PERSON Katonah Restorative

I appreciate teachers who really understand the poses and the body, and Linsey certainly falls into that class. She doesn’t just blindly adjust you; she assesses your specific body needs to find the best approach to help you fit the archetype. Adjustments are supportive while also reframing the experience. On top of all the magical restorative work Linsey’s mastery of sound healing and playing the crystal bowls at the end of practice added a magical touch. Six stars for this one!

    AQUA FLOW - Coed

Amazing! I put this class off for so long because I was intimidated by cycling..and water. Tatyana is a great patient teacher, very motivating. The class was slow paced with great music but that is what I needed to deal with life stressors.
