I find the Crunch studio incredibly cold for its yoga classes. To the point of being uncomfortable. I really wish they would turn off the air & fans for the yoga classes.

I'm no ballerina, and the no-impact slow movements got my heart rate up. I especially loved the arm/carriage exercise at the end. That section was only five minutes but my shoulders felt the burn. Looking forward to another class!
