They recently did a studio upgrade which has made quite a difference - aircon and riding platforms are a lot better now, bikes have also been recalibrated. This class was more like a personal training session because we were only 2 in the class. We did 3 sets (2 types of exercises) 4x. You can go at your own pace and the coach just checks on your form and explains each new exercise when you’re done with the one prior. The space is very nice and clean with lots of equipment.
