    Class was fun but confusing at first due to the many stations, however, it makes the community great because people help each other out. Faris also corrected my form and help me with some of the exercises/machine that I am unsure of. Very supportive coach and students. Overall it was a nice class, experience would be better if I start to get use to the machines in the gym. After-class stretch would be great as well.
