Not quite what I expected but I still enjoyed the class and the teachers humour and energy! Was a full class but she still gave each student attention and adjustments.

Perhaps she can try experimenting with the order in which she gives instructions or add more preempts so we know what to expect or how to transition to the next move. I believe she has great potential and simply needs to refine her craft, keep going! 🥰

But it would be useful if an introduction was given at the start to frame the session and connect with the ladies to know what set of exercises are to be expected and which areas are being targetted eg legs , arms , abs etc . You would have to check if there are time slots available via WhatsApp instead of booking on ClassPass alone. Also, there is an additional $10 for male charge. So read the T&Cs before you book! Even though there’s a lil minor hiccups, the whole experience as bad I thought it would be, it doesn’t hurt as I would expect and the staff were nice. Most importantly, there’s not hard selling.
