This is my first time attending Esther class and she is very detail, demonstrating the step by step to final posture. Esther also observed our common mistake and demonstrated again so that each time we tried and get better. I'm still a beginner, and managed to follow through. In fact, aerial requires lots of arm strength and core to roti prata ard the hammock to bind nicely and elegantly. Love it and will attend again!

Bodypump is a great full body workout for beginners as well as fitness fanatics as the weights can be adjusted according to each person's fitness level and condition. Of course Nathan is awesome as usual; he's very energetic, encouraging and he really focuses on the correct form so that you get the full benefits of the workout. Overall it was really enjoyable for me despite having little to no experience in hiit/strength training before!
