When the room is dark, following others is tough because they might be looking around too. Also, people with astigmatism may have trouble seeing clearly. The workouts are still fun though! 👍

This one was very well sequenced and everything made sense from the warmup postures to the strength drills and they definitely helped with achieving the final pose. The peak pose was crow & firefly + combinations of/ transitions between these 2. I can already can do titthibasana somewhat decently but I still got some really good pointers and tips to improve my form and even be able to play around with transitions. Great sweat sesh too!

Feels like this class is more suited for those who at least have some exposure to strength training/weight lifting as it’s a fast paced circuit and there isn’t much time for the instructor to be guiding you throughout.
