He was also not preoccupied with being a DJ, although there was also top notch workout hits. It was an informative and a great session! Highly recommend to go for Fai’s classes!

If you’re looking for something to spice up your routine, this is it. Overall an enjoyable and safe session. I think the staff were alright, just wished I was told more about the gym after registration because three levels is a little much to navigate on your own if you’re short on time. Luckily my brain worked well enough to ask where class was before I was set free into the gym. Lesson is, don’t be late. Come 15 minutes early as per their recommendation to give yourself enough time settle down.
