The pace was just right, and the workout itself was both effective and enjoyable. The shower room is also very spacious. They provide towels as well as cold towels to wipe your face and body after class, which is such a thoughtful touch!

First, Coach Ghalib was very knowledgeable; he gave clear instructions and great guidance to everyone. He even explained the science behind the movements! Second, I initially thought the class wouldn't be too challenging since I was already familiar with power cleans, but boy, was I wrong. I actually managed to hit a PB on my 3RM! 🥹 The conditioning part definitely had me panting as well. Lastly, the studio is spacious, bright, and clean, with a well-maintained shower area inside.
