TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING
see all reviewsDanielle was great! I appreciate how she welcomes the new members and quickly orients them to the philosophy of the studio. She supports and encourages people to listen to their own bodies, saying “your body is your best feedback loop to tell you what’s right for you.” She’s good at keeping the energy up, and letting us know where we’re at in the workout. I appreciated that, as a new person.

see all reviewsStacy is an incredible instructor. Super motivating and always plays great music! I wasn’t sure how I felt about the leadership board- so I asked to be removed (you can do that!). However, I found the competition aspect quite fun! I would highly recommend her classes!

see all reviewsI loved the space, there's a full bathroom, a sauna, and a cold plunge. They provide mats and mat towels. The workout room was hot to the point that it got hard to breathe with 6 other people in the room. Gianna's class was intense but with room to adapt and take it at a personal pace. The branding of the class was accurate as it wasn't traditional yoga but rather a good mat workout. I loved the views of the Olympics as I came to and from class.

see all reviewsGreat, very personal training by knowledgeable PT. Focused on real strength moves: heavy sets of 6-8 reps with time in between. Excited to find a classplass place that does pure strength and not circuit style or CrossFit metcon style. This will be part of my regular routine.
