    MAX Kickboxing

I was really bummed that there was no kickboxing (which was the name of the class I signed up for), just a light weight exercise circuit that I could have done at home

Great class! High energy, great boxing combos and challenging floor work. Luis is super motivational and spends time with boxers on the bag to help improve their stance. Loved it!

Highly recommend Tanner if you’re new to boxing! I’ve taken several boxing classes and usually feel left behind and confused but the format and his clear teaching style felt encouraging and empowering. Thanks for a great class! 👊🏽

60 Min. Tru Hot Pilates (All Levels)

Kicks your booty in the best way. Heat makes it tough if you are new to the 95-degree environment. In my opinion it would be helpful to have some Pilates or yoga experience before your first class so you know some of the terminology, modifications, and proper form. An awesome challenge and very positive energy from the instructor. Will be back!

    Women's Sparring Class

Jacque and Francisco led the class today. They are very welcoming, no matter your age or your level. They are super patient and gave feedback for each person, so that we can improve in the next round. Learnt a lot! Really appreciate them having this sparring class for women.

Yoga in the Park @ Sunset Hill

Love love loved this outdoor class! Will be going back regularly. The teacher was so sweet. The moves were all beginner friendly, we did lots of good stretches and she shared many variations. The people in class were very friendly. Tips! Bring sunglasses and hat or visor. Bring a blanket or small tarp to put down under your yoga mat to prevent grass stains. I did call ahead for the address of the park for outdoor yoga, btw it’s 7531 34th Ave NW, Seattle, WA 98117.

Our coach was so attentive to beginners! Do bring wraps or you can buy a pair for $16. (We passed and went with out, but it is recommended for better safety!). It's a fun workout and we learned a few things about boxing. Try it!

Such a fun class! So sad they are doing membership only after their promo month. Best kickboxing class. Show you detail by detail kickboxing basics. Learned so much, sweated, got challenged. Mario doesn't guide he corrects posture and form for many individuals in the class. Wish this class stayed on classpass. Would be coming here weekly!
