About this studio
Helping people look, feel and perform better, using simple, sustainable and realistic methods that address the whole person, and their goals. Start where you are now, move toward better everyday. 5 days of strength training and cardio per week, based on your goals. All classes are supervised by an experienced coach. Class size is limited to a maximum of 10 people. All ages, and ability levels are welcome. Learn the fundamentals of Safe and Efficient Strength Training. Build world class Cardio with workouts guided by science, not guessing. Learn simple, sustainable, realistic ways to lose fat, build muscle and still eat real food. How to prepare
Please wear clothing that is comfortable to move in. I recommend a small hand towel, a sealed beverage container and your workout log if you keep one. Please be a little early for your first class to take care of a quick assessment to identify any potential things you would like to avoid. Cheers in advance

5 Rings Systems is located at 3819 N. 27th St, Tacoma, WA, 98407. Parking spaces 3-10 labeled TAISO are available for use. The entrance to the gym is down the ramp to the blue door.
