Plenty of parking in the back. Devin was so friendly at check in, the class was small enough that I didn’t feel like I was fighting for space, and I was a sweaty mess at the end of it. Will definitely be back!

    IN STUDIO - Signature Barre

Julie was so nice and encouraging! This was my first ever barre class and tbh I’m quite out of shape, but it was so much fun! Definitely got a great workout in. Julie provided variations for beginners like me and options for those more advanced. There was a nice cool down, stretch session at the end. Side note: it’s a gorgeous studio. Can’t wait to come back!

    Cheer Fitness

Firstly, there is only one entrance to the gym from the outside. You check in with the front desk. To get to the cheer class, you walk down toward the green turf and you’ll see doors on the far right to the room where class is held. I saw a bunch of people getting lost. Women’s locker room is downstairs. Anyway, this class is definitely a challenge. You work up a sweat with all the cardio. It’s quite fun and Keiko is a very upbeat teacher. It’s follow-along style, so if you wanted a guided lesson with techniques explained, this is not the class for you. I am a fast learner so I enjoyed it

Second class ever doing barre and with this studio. Carrie had pads laid out for each person prior to class starting. She provided cuing for each person by name. She also performed some of the moves for visual cueing which was really helpful for myself. Music was perfect for the class. Really enjoyed the different age range of this class.

Gillie was great! She was so helpful and gave me instructions before the class on what to expect as this was my first ever barre class. The class is so much fun, challenging, and the studio was beautiful.

    Bar Method

First time trying out a barre class, and it was maybe a bit harder than beginning level. The instructions were fast and so most of the time I had to look at the other regulars on how to do the exercises. But I have to say it was a great total body workout! and it was overall pretty fun! I'm not very flexible 😅 so the bar stretches were difficult. But I'm sure going to these classes on a regular basis will help to build up that flexibility! Bonus: the facility is very nice, clean, and pretty 😍! There's also plenty of parking. I would definitely consider coming back.
