    Friendly atmosphere and attentive instructor and owner! The owner immediately greeted me and asked about any injuries, and the instructor did a great job about making sure everyone’s form was on point. The owner also gave me some great resources related to my own injury and desire to return to running. One of the regulars introduced herself right off the bat since I had never been before, which was so nice! It seems like they have created a strong community. And of course the class gave me a solid workout! Beginner-friendly but easy for more advanced people to push themselves. I also liked that they tape out sections on the floor for people to space out! It makes it much easier to not encroach on other people’s space.

    Great bikes and workout! Kicked my butt! I didn’t love sparring with a total stranger during the circuit, we accidentally slapped each other and it was awkward. Less intense partner interaction would be appreciated. Still can’t wait to come back!

    Always a great class with Daniel! He provides a lot of individual attention and really focuses on teaching the technique of each move. Even with skill levels varying within the class, it’s easy to make modifications to make things more or less challenging. Definitely my favorite boxing gym I’ve tried.
