see all reviewsThere are so many things I loved about my visit to F45 today! Staff was super friendly and came around for adjustments many times! The music mix was poppin and just the right volume level. TVs remind you what exercise you are doing. Going around to the stations in groups of 3 also made it feel more manageable. The bathrooms and showers were clean. I’ll be back!

see all reviewsJen was a tremendous instructor! She had a very warm & welcoming energy especially for myself as a newbee to this gym. From my understanding, this “Burn” class is new; It’s a high-intensity class with constant movement & short rest breaks! Your body will definitely be pushed to the limit in this class, but you will not regret that satisfying feeling you feel after such a great achievement. I was drenched in my own sweat at the end of the hour; & if you’re not, asked yourself, “Am I pushing myself enough?! Highly recommend this class if you are looking if you’re looking to increase your endurance, agility, strength, & overall tone of your body!

The owner, Daivya, is motivating, welcoming, kickass, fun, and super knowledgeable. There are a many of different small group classes available - from Fight Club, Step, Low body Impact, Total Body Reset, Glutes & Core, Deep Stretch & Mobility and more! Those are the ones I've tried so far and I'm always impressed with the variety, difficulty, and playlist! Daivya is great at giving adjustments and pushing you to be better. Some exercise classes you just go in, get the workout in, and leave - but Daivya is a natural at building community and relationships with all. So thankful to have found BODY!
