This class is so fun. Hard to keep up so only go if you’re interested in going often because the dances are choreographed and there isn’t instruction on how to learn them.

I love how hard and how safe this class is. And I like that I see the same folks every week. Good for me with my lower knowledge of lifting and good for my partner who pops out muscles Pam bam pew pew zip

Enjoyed the class and liked that you could scale it based on how much weight you used. Instructor is really involved and watching everyone’s form to correct if needed. Love the emphasis on choosing the weight you want/feel is best, whereas most gyms/fitness classes push you to always go heavier.

Darlene was friendly with positive energy. She explained and demonstrated each exercise and also provided modifications. I thought the class was well paced. It's great for all levels; you can modify the intensity depending on your fitness level.

As a complete first timer, Kissy was extremely patient and gave me one on one attention to help me do moves that I would not have thought I’d be able to do. She was really welcoming and encouraging. There were about seven people in the class (a couple first timers and mostly experienced). It’s a private space so you’re not practicing in front of the rest of the gym.
