    Chest & Back: Ironstraps

This class was so good!! Gary was super good about correcting form and encouraging everyone. I loved that the focus of this class was upper body so I could really push myself on the bike. I think being upstairs vs downstairs makes a huge difference. I loved it.

    THE KNOCKOUT

This is the best workout class I’ve ever taken. It’s a tough workout and it’s genuinely fun! McKayla has great instruction and is a focused, motivating instructor. The class was in a heated room, which I wasn’t expecting, but I didn’t mind. The partner work added to the sense of camaraderie and made class more enjoyable, like we weren’t just punching bags but without having to spar. Definitely taking this class again!
