see all reviewsThis was my first class at P2O and wow, it was intense in the best way! I’ve done plenty of hot yoga classes, but this was my first time trying hot pilates, and it definitely challenged me (in a good way). I had to take a few quick rests, but I wasn’t the only one, and the energy in the room was super encouraging. The only thing I’d suggest is possibly limiting class size just a bit, our mats were really close together, and with all the movement (and the heat!), things got a little tight. I noticed the floor around our mats got pretty slick, which made me a bit more aware of how close we all were. Totally understand that the demand is high though, and it’s great to see so many people showing up! All in all, amazing workout and I’ll definitely be back!

see all reviewsFirst time doing hot yoga and I was apprehensive. However Vanassa was so welcoming and had a calm guiding presence throughout the class. She regularly reminded us that we can take breaks and to listen to our bodies and move at a pace that feels good to us. I was intimidated before the class but once the class started the expectations she set and environment created was so helpful in allowing me to have a positive experience. I sweat A LOT in this class so definitely bring a towel to put on your mat so you’re not sliding off. If you’re a beginner to hot yoga I recommend you take Vanassa’s class!!!! And if you’re experienced then you’ll still get something wonderful out of this.

see all reviewsTonight’s yin class with Biffy at Yoga Shala Arden was deeply restorative and soul-nourishing. From the moment I arrived, I could feel the energy of the space—soft, grounding, sacred. 🧘♀️ Every breath, every pose, was an invitation to return to myself. 💖✨ Biffy holds space with such quiet strength and love. Her guidance felt intuitive, soothing, and so deeply connected. As my body softened into each posture, I could feel layers unravel—tension I didn’t know I was holding simply melted away. It was emotional, healing, and incredibly calming. This practice reminded me that softness is strength. That stillness can be powerful. And that in simply being, there is so much beauty. Yoga Shala is a sanctuary of truth and love, and tonight’s experience left me feeling whole, grounded, and so deeply cared for. 🙏

see all reviewsVery fast paced class. It gave us a choice between upper and lower body and the screens in the front of the class demonstrate the movements for us. There’s very little direction once you’re doing it. If you’re new to exercise, then I suggest advocating extra for yourself in getting a coach’s attention. I loved the workout though!

Talia’s gentle guidance created an atmosphere of pure presence, where each posture became an invitation to surrender, release, and receive. The long-held stretches felt like whispers to the soul, unraveling tension not just in the body, but in the unseen layers of energy within. By the end, I wasn’t just stretched—I was renewed, lighter, and deeply connected to the stillness that always exists beneath the noise. ✨
