She regularly reminded us that we can take breaks and to listen to our bodies and move at a pace that feels good to us. I was intimidated before the class but once the class started the expectations she set and environment created was so helpful in allowing me to have a positive experience. I sweat A LOT in this class so definitely bring a towel to put on your mat so you’re not sliding off. If you’re a beginner to hot yoga I recommend you take Vanassa’s class!!!! And if you’re experienced then you’ll still get something wonderful out of this.

As I am a beginner I did struggle quite a bit but she made me feel confident throughout the class assisting me with my postures. The temperature of the room was amazing as it wasn’t too hot where I was concerned of any sort of problems which I really enjoyed. The staff were also very kind and helpful. Overall for it being my first yoga class I really enjoyed it I would definitely recommend this class for anyone who is interested!

This is located inside the gym where you go to the back and there’s a room for group classes. I’ll be back to experience more of this spin class. It was a smaller class size which made it so each student got personalized attention and the push we needed to keep going. The coach provided modifications for some of the moves as needed and his energy was contagious! The class definitely was a full body workout with the heart rate being up from the warm up segment through the 8 rounds of boxing and then the final floor core section.
