see all reviewsI love this class. Bailey is so nice and welcoming, the prompts are clear and easy to follow, and it is an excellent workout. The music is good and not terribly loud like some other studios ;) Can’t wait to go back.

see all reviewsSo happy to be back at this studio after many years of living on the other side of the Bay. Hayley was a great instructor. I was sad at the end to learn she won’t be teaching at that studio as much because she moved to another part of the Bay! :(

see all reviewsAbigail is the sweetest teacher and her classes are very grounding! Her voice and demeanor is very relaxing while her transitions and poses are spot on. She seems very observant with everyone in the room and seems to gear the poses based on what she sees in the class vs a super rigid flow. I love flowing, being playful, stretching and clearing my mind with Abigail!!

see all reviewsDaisy has great energy. Cueing is tough for a beginner but most of the class was very experienced and the wall of mirrors made it easy to follow along. I recommend you have some yoga experience before taking a 60 min version because the poses go quickly. The room gets very hot so be prepared with a mat towel. I recommend this studio if bikram is your style!

see all reviewsIt was my first time at this studio since I was passing through the area, and I had such a great time! I’m so excited for this new space and if I lived in the area I would come frequently! The class with Daniel was individualized and though I’ve taken kickboxing classes before, this one focused heavily on form and corrections which was very helpful for me. The studio is spacious and has a new hydration station, with state of the art workout devices and even an upcoming sauna. I’m very grateful to have found this spot!!

see all reviewsFirst of all, the place is very cool! you can see some of the stained glass at the top. The instructor was very nice, and I enjoyed the class and the flow. My only feedback, and could be just me, is to lower the volume of the music a liiittle, to balance the mic and music, English is not my first language and sometimes I couldn't understand the instructions. it happened a few times only. Great class, great place, hoping to go back soon :)
