    Love these shred classes! Working out in an infrared room guarantees a major sweat sesh! Just a minor suggestion: if there’s time ahead of the class, maybe the studio can set up each assigned station with the items that will be used during the class (aside from weights which the students can grab themselves since those will vary by person) such as: the bands, balls and sliders if they are going to be used in that session.

    Lionel is an awesome instructor - so warm and welcoming, especially to newcomers. The class is great, 45 mins (even tho it says 60) of circuit training and HIIT, tabata style (30 seconds on, 10 seconds of rest). We did bikes, treadmills, squat variations, upright urg, and a few other things for leg day. Class flew by! Great vibes, lots of regulars who seem very comfortable and were helpful to newbies. I’ll be back!
