Her playlist offers not only challenging (but safe) RPM’s, it has phenomenal variety offering something for everyone all played at a reasonable volume! She offers killer choreography always presented with alternatives for all levels of expertise ensuring her students feel energized, inspired and challenged without any unnecessary risks for injury. The best part about Castle’s class: you leave feeling acknowledged and appreciated!!!!

    LOVE!!!! I don’t live in LA but am here a lot for work and have been coming to this studio on and off since before it was Hype. I hadn’t even back since before the pandemic and Omg it’s gotten even better, they covered the windows and added clubby lighting and clip-in shoes and it’s such a vibe. Elizabeth had AWESOMe music and was so motivating through a tougher class than I expected! It was beat based but without crazy stupid choreography which I don’t like, but instead riding to the beat of songs through hills and sprints. Perfection!!!! Coming back asap.

    Joy is the BEST instructor I’ve ever had! The playlist was absolutely amazing and she made sure to acknowledge everyone in the class and make sure everyone’s bikes were adjusted properly to protect their knees and elbows before starting and was SO motivational!! Can’t say enough good things about her and the class and this studio, the staff who checked me in was also extremely friendly and attentive and helped my with my locker and made me feel extremely welcome…12/10 all around

    Haven’t been to this studio in years and I’m glad I’m back. It will definitely be part of my regular routine now. They have spin shoes to borrow and will help you set up your bike. This class was 30 mins of spin followed by 15 minutes of light weight strength exercises. They even bring around a cooling towel to everyone at the end of class. Nice touch!
