Strength: Aerobics
see all reviewsAerobics is a fun format! The first half has a few sets of cardio moves you follow along to, and the second half is like their sculpt class with floor mats, resistance bands, dumbbells, and pilates balls. Effective and very doable workout!

see all reviewsGreat class! Loves the instructors personality, guidance, and music and always love the vibe at Pharos. My one critique (not of just this class but in a lot of the train classes) is the type of abdominal/core exercises that are offered. I don’t find many Sit up variations to be very functional or effective like the clam sit ups we did today. I think more integrated core work like planks, Russian twists with medicine balls, or some Pilates inspired moves are a lot better in terms of building strength, seeing results, and functionality. Integrated core work is also better for people who are pregnant or have given birth in the past year to prevent diastasis recti. Just my two cents. Still a 5 star class!

see all reviewsI arrived a few minutes late (there are a lot of reserved spots in the parking garage so make sure you leave ample amount of time for parking!) Jacqueline and the front desk were both so welcoming — even though I had to jump in mid-exercise due to being late, Jacqueline pulled over to welcome me to my first class. She helped me and others adjust our form throughout the session. It was such a great sweat and it was awesome to be led by someone you can trust!

see all reviewsBest soulcycle class I’ve taken in a long time! Jade did an amazing job with the playlist and choreographed well according to the music and the moves of the artist! I also love how she’s so personable and lets you in her life. I seriously wish we would have some harder choreography like Brian’s classes in Pasadena… I want to feel like I’m gonna pass out with the choreography. Also they put classpassers at the back even though I’ve done over 300 classes so it’s weird to see ppl in front row with bad form
