How to get there

75 minute validated parking is available in building’s underground parking garage. Access to the parking garage is directly off S El Molino Ave and across from the Pasadena Playhouse.

Knockout Boxing with Matt
Everyone was super nice. This class is definitely not for me. I’m not coordinated enough. I got smacked in the face with the air bike handle twice and got shoved into the beam lol.

It was my first time and Max was super helpful and patient with me! His class was upbeat and easy to understand!
Shoulders & Arms: Flex with Stephanie
They use technology to the fullest. The workout are shown on the screen. Everyone is divided into groups and you switch between the bikes and an exercise on the mat. Weights and other equipment is included. I gave it only 4 stars because I thought a lot of time was wasted switching from one task to another. I needed to wear my glasses to see the fourth of a TV screen mounted ont the wall with the particular exercise I was expected to do and it was tough too figure it out with the video clip. I had to look around at other people and by the time I figured it out I had to switch to something else. It would have been a good workout but my foot was injured and that also slowed my time transitioning to another activity.

Power: Jolt 40/20 with Brandon
Good overall workout. The premise of this class is 40 seconds of work 20 seconds of rest. You alternate with being on the bike to being on the floor. All body weight moves. It was my first time and the employees there were all really friendly.

Pretty crowded for a noon class so transitioning between stations can get hectic. Still a great workout class with a nice variety of exercises. I was able to find 2hr street parking a few blocks up (north of Union st).

What is ClassPass?
