see all reviewsNeat gym but if you look closer, it’s dated and full of issues. Missing locks on bathroom doors, minimal water pressure coming out of sinks, cracked rubber on many dumbbells. Still has most of what you need though and was clean overall. They make you fill out a form every time you come so that’s another reason to dock a star. I’ll come back only to workout with my mom on occasion since she has a membership.

see all reviewsCoach Ray is so good. I feel like I can make mistakes with her. I dont feel judged as a beginner, which is really important when learning something new. The workout is HARD. You’re going to sweat. But… you also get what you put into it. Show up ready to learn, ready to push yourself, and you’ll have fun! This location has a shower but it’s a little awkward. It would be a bit challenging to shower and get ready for work here because you’d be taking up one of two bathrooms. Other than that this has been a good gym!

see all reviewsThe instructor did a great job teaching the class for people at all different levels. For instance, I’m recovering from a lower back injury so I currently prefer slow flow and the person next to me mentioned they were a seasoned yogi. The studio owner was also at class and was super friendly! The space was clean and it was comfortable too to do yoga on the mat. Can’t wait to come back
