see all reviewsFirst time in Brooke’s class. I can’t stand and pedal long due to hip issue so I spent a lot of time pedaling at my place and just observing the class. Brooke has a rare blend of stable enthusiasm without being obnoxious or over the top. The music choices are enjoyable and not too loud. She moves from lead bike to front row bike to be part of the class and incorporates a lot of rhythmic upper body moves that the class seems to genuinely enjoy. It’s not often that I find spin classes that are so well instructed that they pass the time quickly, but Brooke’s class is that. She’s an exceptional instructor.

There’s also “super strength” pods in the middle if you feel like challenging yourself. They are constantly changing the routines which I appreciate because I love variety!
