    Cycle 45

The instructor had good energy, although it would be beneficial to have more variation in the pace of the class. Each song seemed to follow a similar fast tempo, which became a bit repetitive. It would also enhance the experience if the instructor made more eye contact and engaged with the class. It seemed he was somewhat focused on his own routine. This might be due to his relative newness, but I look forward to attending his class again.

Great class! The instructor was very attentive and provided helpful tips throughout the class so I could improve my form! I’d recommend adding a couple of modification ideas for exercises. For example, by the end of class, I think I did over 100 box jumps - that’s a lot for not having done box jumps in years and I was definitely feeling it in my legs/knees after lol.

TL;DR: Room for improvement but I would go again! Clean, organized space with lots of natural light. I felt that the instructor rushed through the overview of exercises, not mentioning anything about proper form or completing some movements. This class could be improved if the instructor slows down to explain each exercise and what proper form looks like so I can feel confident that I’m not going to hurt myself doing a movement. Also, it would be great if the instructor introduced themselves and/or others in the class before jumping into the workout. Better for community building.
