    I always like crunch classes if you have a couple extra credits because the people are so nice and the atmosphere is casual. The instructor was really clear and easy to follow along with. This is a great low impact class if you’re in need of something lighter. A heads up, it’s only 30 minutes though if that matters to you.

    I like the 38th street location wayy better than 54th st. The bathrooms, lockers and sauna are modern and super clean. I went at 11am on Thursday and it was empty. I used the studio on the 3rd floor to do my warm up + yoga. And then hit the machines for strength and cardio. Staff was very nice and helpful. This might just be my new go-to.

    Bao is an amazing instructor. So clear and methodical. The class started with a jumping Jack + tabata warmup and then we went into 3 rounds of 3 exercises each (I think?).
