see all reviewsGeorges is a generous genius of a yoga instructor. I am so grateful for his beautiful, challenging, creative, humanistic, playful, well orchestrated classes. His loving kindness opens everyone up to the totality. He always offers the perfect prompts to tailor alignment and then to facilitate a flow state. He meets people where they are and yet we all leave stronger, happier, more confident and more vibrant from the experience.

see all reviewsSol’s class is fast and challenging. I’m in that place where I feel like I’m starting all over again, so I was looking very uncoordinated. But the class is fun, the music fun, Sol has great energy and a great cheery disposition that makes me want to be there, and the folks there were nice. It was a full room though, but I definitely want to go back.

see all reviewsThis was my first class back to dancing after a 4 year break due to life circumstances after previously having spent the majority of my life dedicated to dance for 18 years. I was anxious to say the least. However, by the end of class most, if not all, of my nerves had melted away because of such a perfect class experience. The teacher was absolutely lovely - very attentive & experienced- gave great feedback & critiques along with encouragement through literal every single part of class. I signed up for next week’s class as soon as this one was done!
