The flow of the workout was pretty good and I enjoyed seeing the fun he had with the people who go regularly. He pushed me to really try to go heavy and helped refine my moves. The space was fine - a bit cold at first but it was fine as soon as we started working out. No water fountain! But water for sale ($1)

If managment reads the comments can I suggest a sticky mat at the door so people who don’t change shoes can’t at least get some sidewalk / subway / bathroom filth off their shoes since many exercises require us on our forearms and hands.

What I would suggest be changed for this class is doing multiple sets at the stations and only one lap rather than doing one set and multiple laps. I didn’t feel the burn. Usually, I’m able to work up a good sweat during a F45 class. Not this one. One set and multiple laps may work better for a cardio class and not strength training.

see all reviewsThe Thursday class is a cardio workout of 3 groups of exercises. Each exercise has 3 movements of a total 24 sets. 20 seconds workout and 10 second rest. Eli the instructor gave very clear instructions and showed demos at the beginning of the class. As it’s my first time trying the class, he paired me with a regular class taker, which also helped a lot. Eli also checked on people to help them with forms. Size of the class is not too big nor too small. That’s a plus because people need to move around stations. I had a great time and felt accomplished after the class. The class is well organized and people are very friendly. I highly recommend it

The coaches help with form which is nice, there are 3 sets of 45 sec blocks with 15 sec breaks after which you move onto the next set of exercise. I can see this being addictive but you definitely need to build upto that level. I was exhausted by the end of it, overall a good challenging workout. Might try a few more classes and see how I feel about this being the studio for me.

Most of all loved how understanding and motivating he was when I felt my body couldn’t pull through.
