Transition from Level 0 to Level 1
see all reviewsThe vibe was great and so was the instructor but it’s very technical. There was no real introduction… the instructor jumped right into the steps. It’s very different from dancing at family functions. I would definitely come back but at a beginners level… like level 0.

see all reviewsI do a lot of classes - soul, SLT , y6 , barre but this is the best class of them all. A mix of cardio , weights and floor/core. The class sizes are small and you really get what you put in. There’s all types of ages , ethnicities and fitness levels . Everyone is welcomed . The classes can be quite long , average 2 hours if you stay for the floor work but it flys by as you’re having so much fun.

Newcomer Dance Class
see all reviewsOur class of 3 - led by Arantza - was a lovely introduction to basic dance steps in foxtrot, tango, and waltz. Another teacher stepped in when we had to practice, so we rotated partners and practiced solo as well: both modes were very useful in perfecting the steps. Arantza also shared helpful pointers to make the steps more elegant: crucial for the beginner - like me - who often needs pointers to dance gracefully while keeping track of the steps themselves. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would highly recommend the class to any beginner exploring western dance forms. They also have more focused classes on bachata, salsa, waltz etc that might be of interest to the practiced or returning dancer.
