Best Pilates class and instructor in the city. This is a great workout, whether you do it alone or as a compliment to strength training. The instructor does a great job of providing a challenging workout that still pulls from the basic principles of Pilates. The class is accessible, powerful and fun. So glad I was able to make it into this class last minute. I typically find the Stride classes better workouts bc of the cardio, but Brianna unlocked the secret to the Sets format IMO with the slow, intentional movements. IAM Flow Hot [Intermediate]

Not being judgemental, I found this studio so cool and clean but unfortunately this class isn’t highly recommended. The flow in the beginning is strange with “cross-legged forward-fold & downward dog”. What’s the intention and benefits behind of repeating those non-traditional poses? Second, is it really a class for intermediate practitioners? There’re lots of basics repeated in the whole class and lots of “self-practiced vinyasa flow”. Third, I’m sorry to comment on cues like “left or right”. It’s confusing to understand which side she would me to follow. She is a lovely and beautiful instructor who has lots of her fans but definitely not my type. Sorry about it.
