Kristin makes these classes really fun, and I think she’s probably one of the best instructors as well for beginners because she’s super motivating, explains all the exercises, and also constructs the classes in a way that they are very accessible, with relatively longer breaks.

    I haven’t been here in a while and I always thought of Shane’s class. I finally made it in today and I was reminded why Shane’s class is so worth it. Her practice leaves a lasting impact in a positive way. Super thankful to take her class and I’ll definitely be back! The studio does a great job cleaning between each classes. I’m always hesitant to borrow a mat cause they are damp but this time the mat was dry. I can tell the studio’s improved and doing their best with keeping the equipment and studio clean. It shows they actually take people’s feedback into consideration, which I appreciate. This place has the most beautiful women’s locker room. The kind you want to live in - it’s so pristine and serene. Also, love the cold hand towels at the end. It was divine - this is a major upgrade. Thank you!

    I go to a Barry’s class once every few months because I’m not a runner at all. This is the first time the running part felt accessible to me because of how many options she gave. There was no pushing yourself to go beyond your limits, and she even said something about how everyone’s body is different. I might actually start going regularly to her class. I definitely also recommend if you’re new to Barry’s or exercise in general because there are so many options! Can’t believe it took me this long to take her Alycia’s class!

It was my first time at Bodyrok and she was very approachable and explained the machine to me before class. i STRUGGLED in this class and my whole body is sore this next day but it was an amazing workout.     I really didn’t know what to expect but this class and the format is really well laid out. Really glad Total Body was my first class so I didn’t burn out only targeting just upper body or just lower. Basically the screens show what workout you’ll do and you rotate between exercises and then move to the next station. It’s not at all an issue with the rolling start times because you just keep moving forward to the next station. It was a great workout and definitely a sweat sesh. Absolutely going back!

    Amazing hard workout! My quads were crying my the end. Great mix of plyo, heavy lift, conditioning and strength. Really friendly folks in class, lot of camaraderie and focus on getting in a killer workout. Instructor had great energy and good cues. Would definitely come back. Prob not great for beginners as we just got right into it, but as a former college athlete, this felt like home. :)

    Landon provided excellent instruction throughout my first bode class (original 75 Bikram) the intensity of heat required me to take a few breaks (it’s apparently a bit hotter than vinyasa flow and hiit classes taken at other studios).     Meliza had to improvise in the new studio location since there were no weights. So, it was a bodyweight-only, INTENSE cardio boxing class. The whole class was dropping sweat towards the end. Meliza had a great personality and energy. The music was a mix of Latin, hip-hop, and sassy energy. Not really my style as I am into EDM.. but, I was too focused on all the boxing moves and my form that I forgot about it. It definitely helped keep us moving. This class is fast-paced FYI.     I've been taking Shanice's class for a few times now and i always leave in a more energized and happy mood. I'm new to Zumba and personally struggle with cardio workouts but this is a fun class where i know I'm getting my cardio while dancing to great music. The gym has lockers with own combination locks and showers. Front desk staff are kind too. Sometimes the class is really full and it feels cramped but this shows how popular this class is.     I love Daniella and her energy is always amazing, but I wish there was more cardio in her class. There’s a lot of light movement in her classes and because of that I don’t feel like my body is actually burning calories like it should be during Zumba. My suggestion would be to keep the beginning of class more warm-ups and easier movement, have the middle of the class be a bunch of cardio (more jumping, arms, high knees, etc.) and then the end of class more cool-down and stretches (incorporate squats or low impact moves). The class gets boring after a while unfortunately! :(
