    Flow + (Optional) Meditation

I loved this class. The flow was smooth yet challenging but not overly strenuous. Stefanie suggested plenty of ways to adjust positions depending on your skill level/strength. The 30 min meditation was a topper on the cake. It was the perfect way to end the class. Highly recommend!

This was so much fun! Challenging, sweaty, and red faced fun. Seriously when did 3lb weights start feeling like 50s? 😅 The music was good too (the instructor must be in her cowgirl era). There was no beginning stretch so come having already warmed up and stretched out. There is a benefit if you frequent this class v. a drop in because she sticks with the same routine for a bit and elevates it each class.

Sabrina is an amazing instructor!! I joined a beginner class with a friend, and she truly taught us boxing from the ground up. She helped us correct our form, gave encouraging feedback, and kept us motivated the whole time. The class was fun but definitely intense, you’ll work up a serious sweat. Highly recommend this class if you're looking to try boxing!

The MMA training, drills, sparring was amazing. The coach knew what he was talking about and there was definitely a community there, a lot of morale. The people I sparred had great styles and it managed to be quality sparring sessions despite being in such a tight space. I was even allowed to take a kickboxing class after. When I got back, dinner felt deserved. Please check it out.

Steven is an observant coach, he knows what he's doing and more over sees what you're doing wrong and pushes you to correct it. Sometimes you get trainers that aren't receptive to the fitness of the student or sometimes coaches can be too laxed; I prefer Steven because his training feels balanced and informed.
